If you’re in the mood for a spread of grilled sausages, steaks and all the trimmings, we’ve done the hunting and gathering for you. Bookmark our guide to the best Western-style butchers in Singapore!
Y’all, we love a good barbecue. Nothing beats Southern-style barbecue with some grits, cornbread, collard greens and pulled pork with a tangy barbecue and hot sauce. And let’s face it, as much as we love the Little Red Dot for being a food haven, it’s still hard to find the real deal (though several of our favourite restaurants have come pretty close!). But fret not, meat lovers: we’ve found the best butchers in Singapore who can make your meaty feast a roaring success. Even better, most do home deliveries, so all you have to do is break out your barbecue or piping hot oven!
The best butchers in Singapore: where to buy top quality meat
1. The Meat Club

New-age Aussie meat delivery business, The Meat Club, is one we’re big fans of, and it has incredibly tender meat and very cool flexible subscription options. Let us explain: these guys supply all-Australian beef and lamb, fly it pre-packed in meal-size portions into Singapore, and then deliver it to your door. The packaging technology it uses allows the meat to last in the fridge for 28 days (14 days for mince), so your meat is never frozen. You can shop as a single purchase or join any of the subscriptions where you can edit your basket before each delivery easily, ship your basket immediately if you’re out of meat or even skip delivery if you have too much! How handy is that? The best part: you can place a top up, one off order, independent of the subscription. We have tried and tested the product, and the tenderness is out of this world.
