Welcome to the first week of December and we’re pleased to say, there’s less than 20 days to Christmas, but who’s counting? If you’ve already exhausted all the mall shows, met just about a million Santas, snapped Christmas lights of every colour and shopped at a dozen Christmas markets, we have news: there’s more. Ready to rejoice? We’ve found more awesome events happening around Singapore this December to keep the kiddos happy. Christmas optional.
Celebrate the holidays with Merli
Popping up at six locations across Singapore as well as featuring on Instagram and WhatsApp, take the kiddos to find Merli (short for Merlion) every weekend until 23 December at Gardens by the Bay, Christmas Village (Ngee Ann City in Orchard Road), Chinatown, Kampong Glam, Sentosa and the National Museum of Singapore. Set out early and ace it all in one day, or spread it out over a few days, but either way this will keep your own ickle lions nice ‘n’ busy during December. Want some extra good news? Snap a selfie with the inflatables and tag @Visit_Singapore on Instagram or @VisitSingapore on Facebook, and use the hashtags #VisitSingapore and #PassionMadePossible to take part in the giveaway! Post selfies with Merli, or just shots of the inflatable, at a minimum of one location to win a postcard set and a minimum of three different locations to win a plush toy. Terms and conditions apply, and it’s a ‘while stocks last’ kinda deal, so get out there sooner rather than later, folks!
