It’s your niece’s birthday coming up, and that carefully chosen gift and card you meant to send across the globe three weeks ago is still sitting in the stroller basket… And now your niece’s birthday is tomorrow. Eek! We’ve all been there, done that and got the ‘birthday fail’ T-shirt. With so many relatives scattered around the world, we’ve decided that it’s waaay easier to order and send online from here on in. These are the cool sites we’ve been using for greeting cards and prezzies to save a late birthday gift faux pas ever again.
Founded in 2000 in the UK by Nick Jenkins – known as Moonpig while he was at school – this online greeting card giant has saved us time and time again for last-minute deliveries to far-flung rellies. Personalise a HUGE range of cards, including photo upload numbers, and pop a gift or pretty florals in with your order for extra brownie points. It’s based in the UK, US and Australia and it posts worldwide, leaving you covered no matter how late you remember Aunt Mildred’s birthday.
