Harry Potter fans, we have questions for you. Are you a muggle, a witch or a wizard? Which House do you think the Sorting Hat would have chosen for you? Potter-mania has swept through Singapore, with the arrival of the Harry Potter: The Forbidden Forest Experience and another brand new immersive experience on our shores! 1. Harry Potter: The Forbidden Forest Experience

Calling all Potterheads! Fancy walking through the Forbidden Forest on the fringes of Hogwarts alongside fellow Muggles? The Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience is an awe-inspiring light trail in the woods of the Coastal Trail on Sentosa Island. Experience iconic scenes from the movies, and get up close with mystical creatures like the Hippogriff, the scary Aragon and many more. Other highlights include tasting the wizarding world beverage Butterbeer and exclusive merchandise from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies at the gift shop. An unforgettable evening lies ahead!

2. COMING SOON! Harry Potter: Visions of Magic at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore
We’ve been hoping this amazing experience would make its way to Singapore, and we are so excited to share that the waitlist is now open! While we don’t have an exact opening date, we know it will be happening in the fourth quarter of 2024 – so anytime from October, hopefully in time for Halloween! What we do know, is this will be an ‘interactive art experience’, bringing to life corners of the mysterious wizarding world that we’ve never before explored. Look forward to a 40,000sqft venue with the chance to immerse yourself in the Room of Requirement, Newt’s Menagerie, the Ministry of Magic, and more with responsive video content, bold architecture, and breathtaking multi-sensory installations and interactive tech. Sounds exciting!

3. FREE: See every Harry Potter film on the outdoor big screen at Movies at Southside
All the films are now available to stream on Disney+ or purchase on Apple TV. But if, like us, you have a soft spot for the big screen, then you’re in luck! From now until May, you can catch every Harry Potter film showing for FREE on the outdoor big screen at Movies at Southside over weekends. Check the website for the full schedule, pack your picnic and blanket, and enjoy some Potter film magic under the stars.

4. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in Concert [PG13]
Experience the sixth part of the Harry Potter film series with Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in Concert! The Metropolitan Festival Orchestra will perform Nicholas Hooper’s incredible score live while the entire film plays in high-definition on a 40-foot screen. As a recap for those who don’t remember, in this episode, Lord Voldemort tightens his grip on both the Muggle and Wizarding Worlds. While Dumbledore and Harry prepare for battle, romance blossoms for Ron and Hermione. Love is in the air, but danger lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

5. Harry Potter musical magic at the Candlelight Concerts
We love a Candlelight concert, and there’s a film scores performance set to take place at S.E.A Aquarium that will feature the theme tune of Harry Potter! What better way to immerse yourself in the magical wizarding world than by being surrounded by hundreds of candles with the sounds of ethereal classical music. Best for kids aged 8 and up, or for a pretty magical date night!

6. A Potter-themed cafe! Bring your little wizards and witches to Platform 1094
Looking for some magic eats? Head over to Platform 1094! This Harry Potter-themed cafe is just the thing for your little Potterhead. Kiddos don’t just get to indulge in their wizard-themed menu but also enjoy lapping up the Hogwarts experience. For example, kiddos can cast spells with the props and take photos with Insta-worthy backgrounds. It makes for a magical time with the familiar Butterbeer (non-alcoholic!). The restaurant also puts out festive menus and high tea sets and amps the fun around Children’s Day or school holidays. Be sure to follow them to stay in the know! The fun isn’t just for kids. Adults can sample some of the wizardry in their cocktails, too!

7. Enter the Secret Chamber in this Harry Potter themed Escape Room at the Tiara Society
Potter-mad kiddos will love this one! If you’re looking for a super fun birthday party venue, or just want to escape for a few hours, then head to The Tiara Society and book the Secret Chamber Escape Room experience! This cool 1-hour adventure starts at $175 for 5 people, or $350 for 10 people. The party package also includes a host (Harry Potter or Hermione!) and Potter themed games!

9. Harry Potter-themed merch including stationery, homewares and clothing

10. Where to find Harry Potter toys and Lego
Of course one of our favourite toy shops in Singapore, Toys”R”Us, is the place to go for all the Harry Potter themed toys and Lego we could wish for. There are so many amazing sets, including Hogwart’s Castle and Gringott’s Bank, and sets depicting scenes from the books. There are also Harry Potter dolls to collect, and even Harry Potter Scrabble and UNO!
