We are always looking for screen-free fun things to do with the kiddos in Singapore – whether that’s hitting up a fave park or an indoor play area. And we’re always on the hunt for new options to add to our list, so we were super excited to hear about the aviation-themed playground located at Dakota Breeze, Jalan Satu. This residential estate along the Geylang River offers a brand-spanking new playground that’s free and open to the public. Your little vehicle or aviation fiend is in for a treat with a heliport featuring cool climbing structures, see-saws, and much more! Without further ado, here’s what’s in store…
New playground in Singapore: Aviation-themed fun at Dakota Breeze
Aeroplane climbing structure
This is the boarding call for all kid captains and first officers! This aeroplane-themed climbing structure invites kiddos to scale the heights and use their balance and imagination. This climbing structure is an excellent way for kids to work up a sweat while mastering their coordination. Kiddos must climb to the cockpit using ropes, and lo, it’s time to take off! How fun does this look?!
The heliport
Little ones can have a field day imagining themselves as pilots at these heliport structures, which feature plenty of opportunities for climbing, sliding and see-sawing. Plus, we love the commitment to the aviation theme via the padded flooring, making it super toddler-friendly too!
Fitness areas
And the fun isn’t just for the kids. Parents, you can get started on your fitness goals (if you haven’t been already!) with the brand-new fitness area close by.
