Here at The Grange Institution, learning and the learner is at the heart of our decisions. Set up in 2018; the school is designed to be a small, reasonably-priced international school that has one aim – to be a school where creativity flourishes. The Grange has a diverse-learning environment with over 20 different nationalities represented across our learning community.
While most might imagine The Grange, being a “small school”, would typically be housed in a small building on a tiny plot – The Grange, on the contrary, lies on a lush 3-acre land. Utilising the natural environment, The Grange has incorporated nature-inspired learning into part of our learning.
In just a few short years since its inception, The Grange has won the Best Environmental Initiative award two years in a row, global accolades at the inaugural Chinese Language Festival, and most recently, it became the first school in Singapore to join The Alliance of Sustainable School as a founding member. The Grange constantly pushes the boundaries of the level of quality education a family-centric school can offer.
The Grange enables the success of our students through learning outcomes that inspires them as holistic learners, to prepare them for real-world issues and act as responsible global ambassadors for a better future.

What Sets This School Apart
The Grange adopts an innovative and progressive approach to a child’s holistic learning experience. It was the first school in Singapore to deliver both the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and Cambridge Primary Curriculum. It is also the only school to have won three consecutive awards for Environmental & Sustainable efforts at the Singapore Education Awards.
It is one of the very few schools that has all specialist subjects as well as co-curricular activities (CCA) included within the school fees and timetable. This is their philosophy that allows learners to experience a truly holistic education, allowing them to see the big picture of their learning, make connections across different subjects, and understand topics and issues in the world from multiple perspectives. All of these at no additional cost to parents.
Exciting New Developments
Starting in the second half of 2024, the school will embark on the second phase of development of learning spaces. This aligns with their longer-term strategy to develop solutions for food, buildings, transportation, uniforms, and education within its community eco-system.
