2. Make a splash at a mermaid session
Yep, you read that right: there is a school for mermaids right here in Singapore! And what’s more, there are no age limitations on making your little prince or princess’ dream of becoming a real-life Neptune or Ariel come true. The school just asks that kids can swim at least 15 metres with a flotation device, and tread water for 10 seconds. Run by real-life mermaid Syrena at her Singapore Mermaid School, lessons are all about bonding and having fun while learning to swim as graceful mermaids. What’s more, classes are perfect for developing your child’s confidence in the water, and have the added bonus of being a wonderful workout for your abs and glutes too. Win, win!
