One of the many objectives of the Overseas Family School is to inspire each student to reach their full potential. We take a look at how they do it…
Ever since the school opened its doors to students in September 1991, the Overseas Family School’s (OFS) master policy has been to maintain a happy, safe, and effective school for overseas families living in Singapore. One of the few ways the school achieves this is by focusing on the individual needs of every student, providing them with a supportive atmosphere to inspire all students to reach their full potential.
In short, this is a school where every student is given the chance to shine. See for yourself in the video below!

OFS is one of the few international schools that will always allow every student to take the full International Baccalaureate (IB) and any subjects that they choose, even if it means the school doesn’t achieve a 100% pass rate in the IB diploma.
“It’s not about us – it’s about giving the children a chance to show us what they can do. If no one gives them the chance just to keep up their school pass rates, well, we’re letting them down when they need us most,” an OFS representative said.
