Esther has over a decade of experience in Singapore and Malaysia's media industry, having worked with some of the biggest names in both countries. She began her career in IP creation for Astro’s educational arm and led digital strategies for Malaysia’s top English radio brands, before shifting to specialise in branded content, where she’s spent the past eight years.

At HoneyKids Asia, Esther manages both branded campaigns and the platform’s popular School Selector section. As a mum, she’s deeply passionate about education — especially early childhood learning, international schools, and inclusive education — and is always on the lookout for its latest trends. She also has a keen interest in children’s nutrition and family-friendly travel hacks.

Fueled by caffeine, Esther never says no to a work meeting or a good chat about #mumlife over a cuppa (kopi, mocha, Darjeeling, Pu’er, boba — she drinks them all). When the workday ends and the kids are asleep, she unwinds with a book from her ever-growing TBR list; or doom-scrolls for the next family holiday while indulging in her secret stash of for-mummy-only snacks.
