Overseas Family School again proves that a non-selective school can be just as academically rigorous, with its 2026 cohort achieving fantastic results: 27% 40+ scorers in the IB Diploma and a 99.3% passing rate in the IGCSE.
Can a non-selective international school produce students with strong academic results? You bet. Overseas Family School (OFS) proves this is the case with its strong track record, producing perfect scorers for the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and consistent straight-A results in the IGCSE almost every year.
The 2026 cohort is no different. OFS graduates achieved a 36-point average score in the IBDP, well above the 30.88 world average. Two of its graduates scored the full 45 points, and seven more got 44. Overall, 27% of the IBDP cohort scored 40 points and above in the IBDP, and 34% earned IB Bilingual Diplomas.
Their juniors in the IGCSE are just as outstanding with a 99.3% passing rate, consistent with previous years. 42 IGCSE candidates scored straight-As, while 85.7% of the cohort achieved C grades and above across all of their subjects. Additional Mathematics, English as an Additional Language, and Mandarin emerged as the 2026 candidates’ strongest subjects, where all students scored A/A*.
Being non-selective means that OFS does not pre-select its students
Unlike selective international schools, OFS does not require students to sit for an entrance exam prior to joining the school.
