Billy Elliots in the making can express themselves freely with boys-only classes. Kids as young as 2.5 years old can attend their Mommies & Me classes, where you can bond over some smooth moves.

Ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and musical theatre are also on offer too. If the kiddoes are flip-flopping about what they’d like to really learn, there are trial classes and holiday workshops available for a sampler sesh.

If you’re looking for a dance school that specializes in The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD) syllabus, Kavanagh Dance is the place to go. They are well-trained in classical and theatrical ballet, modern jazz, tap, and even dance choreography. But what really caught our eye was Dancesport, covering energetic Latin American dances like jive, cha cha, and mambo.

Singapore Ballet Academy
Affiliated to the veritable Singapore Dance Theatre, the Singapore Ballet Academy has a good, long 50 years of experience in ballet dancing behind them. So if the littlies are head-over-heels in love with ballet (a la Natalie Portman in Black Swan), this is the institution to enrol them in.
