Parenting Playbook is HoneyKids Asia’s new live Q&A series where we tackle some of the biggest challenges of modern day parenting in real time. This new format is a cross between a podcast, webinar and couch session with a parenting expert, where parents get to ask the tough questions and get real time advice. From doctors to therapists, parenting coaches and fellow parents, HoneyKids hosts Syaz and Ange will be diving into the hot seat with our favourite experts to chat all things parenting!

In the 6th episode of Parenting Playbook, we speak with Dr. Kimberly Chew of AO Psychology (Singapore) to understand the psychological impact of bullying on children – the bullied and the bully. We delve into the nature of today’s bullying, how parents can recognise the early signs of bullying. We cover practical advice on how to support your child with compassion and guide them towards emotional resilience and safety.
Dr. Kimberly Chew is an SRP Registered Psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and a mother of three, with a unique perspective on parenting and childhood trauma. She graduated with First Class honours in Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and founded AO Psychology (Singapore), a holistic psychology practice that uniquely integrates mind (psychotherapy and counselling), body (somatic) and emotion (nutrition) interventions. With her vast experience in both private practice and institutional settings, Dr. Chew emphasises collaboration and empowerment, helping clients develop coping strategies and achieve sustainable mental health outcomes.
