Father’s Day is on the horizon, and we’re excited to celebrate Dad all day. We’ll be busy prepping a DIY craft card, planning an awesome day of activities and buying a gift just for him. But we could always do with a hearty portion of some of his favourite dishes too. After all, there’s no better way to Dad’s heart than grub and drinks to go along with it!
Father’s Day 2023: The best Father’s Day breakfast, brunches, and food deliveries in Singapore
1. Golf + Grill = Panamericana
Treat dad to sweeping views of the sea and Sentosa Golf Club with a funky lunch or early dinner at Panamericana, the ultimate grill restaurant. We have lots of ideas for breakfast in bed, but if Dad’s an early riser, why not go for a walk along the river and treat him to a big breakfast at our favourite Aussie-inspired cafe, Boomarang. Kids can scoot along the pathways while dad relaxes with a coffee (or a beer.. it’s 12pm somewhere!) and a guilty pleasure fry-up of sausages, eggs, beans and hash browns.
3. AT Feast: our family favourite cafe in Dempsey
If you haven’t visited AT Feast at Dempsey, hop right to it! You’ll find this cafe restaurant hidden beside the store, Kids21. AT Feast has a beautiful, relaxed dining area, and you can check out the brand new family club b_together while you’re there. Stay for lunch and try the burger with sweet potato fries (yes, please!), but leave room for dessert – the brownie is delish. Visit Beach Road Kitchen at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach this Father’s Day for a brunch bonanza! If Dad enjoys quintessential English Pub fare but elevated, then famed chef Marco Pierre White’s The English House should not disappoint! Inspired by colonial Singapore heritage in an elegant space at Roberston Quay, Dad will love the classics like the prawn cocktail and roast pork belly (with crackling, of course!). 17. The Gyu Bar
Is Dad a fan of perfectly marbled, flavourful wagyu beef? Then you’ll want to make a reservation at The Gyu Bar. The beef experts presents 24-hour-Hibiki-marinated Miyazaki Yakiniku ($75++ per 100g). Elevate the wagyu enjoyment with a 45ml pour of Hibiki whisky at $89++, while subsequent orders are at $18++ per glass (U.P. $21++).
Don’t want to leave the house? Enjoy this unique gastronomic experience at home! The Gyu Bar can prepare the meat yakiniku-style before takeaway, or you can wow dad by adding the finishing touch of grilling the meat at home.
