Pokemons, PAW Patrol and Hairy Maclary are all in town this weekend!

Did you know that sports injuries account for a quarter of all injuries in kids? So whether your little one is into football, basketball or even swimming, you should pop the Kids in Motion workshop into your diary. Gleneagles Hospital is running the Injury-Prevention and Fitness Development Workshop for adults and kids age seven to 13 years, where you’ll be taught how to exercise safely by a host of experts. Strap on your trainers and your sports gear for this one!
