1. Try rockclimbing

3. Ballet Under The Stars
The Singapore Dance Theatre promises a stunning lineup with the family under the stars. Get ready for traditional and contemporary works, including George Balanchine’s joyous Allegro Brillante and the world premiere of a new work by internationally acclaimed Australian contemporary choreographer, Natalie Weir.

4. Sundays at The Training Shed
It’s back! We love this event and our kids always have a ball. Tuck into a beer bucket and Boogie away to some fine electronic, funk and hip-hop while the kids investigate the chalk board, giant balls, and paddle pool. Yummy food too.

5. Learn about Formula 1 history with Pit Stop @ The Libraries
F1 Singapore GP has teamed up with Public Libraries to present ‘Pit Stop @ The Libraries’ – a series of free exhibition roadshows around the island. Kids can learn about major milestones in F1 since its inception in 1950, marvel at motorsport technologies, and catch the screening of two award-winning F1 films – Grand Prix and Senna.

7. Saturday Social BBQ

8. The Sound of Music at Marina Bay Sands
It has opened and apparently it’s great. This production hails from the famous London Palladium promises to have you singing Do-Re-Mi all the way home.

9. Free Fireworks At Marina Bay
Head down to Marina Bay this weekend to get a fix of sparkly Singapura pride as rehearsals take place for National Day celebrations. Make it special and book a spot at one of the waterfront diners at One Fullerton for dinner with the kids. Overeasy has a new cocktail menu!

10. GK Fun Run
Gawad Kalinga is an amazing charity that aims to end poverty for five million families by 2024 in the Philippines and other developing countries. By participating in their ‘One World, One Race, One Goal’ fun run not only raises money but is a great day out including a fiesta!
