1. A delicious picnic with the fam on Palawan Green
Picnics are always a fun family affair, especially when there’s so much room on Palawan Green for the kids to run and play. But here’s the best part – you don’t need to do the food prep this time!
On top of entry for four to the countdown party, each Family Fiesta package (priced at $188) comes with a picnic basket that’s loaded with goodies. You’ll find a refreshing pasta salad, dainty finger sandwiches, artisan cheese and bread – just to name a few. That’s your evening snack for the fam, settled.

2. Fun in the sun with carnival games and inflatable slides
Party celebrations start as early as 5pm with a wide range of family-friendly activities. We’re talking about classic carnival games (like ring toss and ball-throwing) with prizes to be won, face painting for the fam, magic shows and – here’s one of the highlights of the party – giant inflatable water slides!
3. A magical family movie night under the stars at Palawan Beach
Prefer to sit back and relax with the fam? Join the free movie marathon that’s happening from 5.15pm onwards at Palawan Beach till the countdown starts. The marathon will begin with the hilarious Minions: The Rise of Gru; followed by the thrilling Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl; and end with the enchanting Stardust. Do remember to grab some snacks before the movie starts – we heard there’ll be free candy floss, popcorn, ice-cream, and drinks up for grabs! Plus, kids will be receiving free sandcastle-making tools; so get ready to build castles, fortresses, and skyscrapers on the beach.
4. Captivating live performances
If you and the fam fancy a walk, you can walk along Sensoryscape to Central Beach Bazaar (next to Beach Station) to catch some cool live performances. We heard there’ll be live street music, and the kids will be thrilled to see fire breathers and stilt walkers. You can find all the performance schedules on the Sentosa website.
5. Spectacular fireworks
What’s a countdown party without fireworks? This year, Sentosa promises some jaw-dropping fireworks display that’ll make the start of 2025 an unforgettable one for you and the kids. What’s more, you’ll be able to view it right from your picnic mat at Palawan Green itself!
Tip: We heard that the area near the suspension bridge on Palawan Beach is another great spot to watch the fireworks.
