These guys are serious, and they use seriously scary moves. Kapap is the martial arts form performed by the Israeli armed forces, and focuses on developing lightning-quick reflexes to disarm and incapacitate attackers swiftly. They offer a wide range of classes for kids, teens, and ladies. Participants will be taught how to defend against potential rapists and use improvised weapons like umbrellas and water bottles.
