Meet the team
Take the opportunity to meet with Senior Leaders and teachers ask them all the questions you have about your child’s education, the school curriculum, the school’s culture and more. You will also be given a tour of the school so you can check out the swimming pool, fields, gymnasium, music rooms, drama studio, ceramic studio and playgrounds too.
Learn more about:
Personalised Learning
Nexus teachers aim to know their learners: know what they know, and what they do not know; know what they need to do to get to the next stage. We then give them the tools, resources and equipment they need to make the next steps.
Inclusive Community
Nexus believes that children benefit from diversity and that all children deserve an excellent, child-centered education. Learners work together and care for others in a supportive environment in and beyond the classroom.
Innovative Learning
Learning at Nexus is not a passive process. Learners use laptops, iPads and myriad other technologies to facilitate more effective ways to learn, or provide access to digital resources which support inquiry-based learning across the curriculum. However, teachers at Nexus have worked hard to ensure that technology is used in learning only when it is meaningful.
