What you can expect from HoneyKids Presents: Wonders of the World

We’ve prepared some cultural activities so kids get to learn about other countries and cultures in a hands-on way. Let the kids try their hand at tying a Korean norigae (knot pendant) with Knot Knock, pick up traditional Chinese stamping, get henna art from the professionals at Indian Inks (11am – 3pm on both days), flex their Japanese origami skills, create Italian pasta art, sponsored by the largest Italian pasta producer Barilla – you get to do them all under one roof.
Bonus: Grab a passport from our HoneyKids team members to collect completion stamps from each activity booth. The first 10 kids to collect all completion stamps will bring home a mini prize from us.

Speaking of prizes – we’re also running a best dressed competition for kids who show up in their traditional outfits. Don’t have one? Just rent one for free from our costumes booth. Three lucky winners will walk home with prizes:
First prize: $300 retail vouchers from Forum The Shopping Mall + 1kg medovik (honey cake) and $20 dine-in voucher from Kapitan + a Barilla goodie bag (pasta, sauce, pesto, and Muliano Bianco biscuit)
Second prize: $200 retail vouchers from From The Shopping Mall + 500g medovik and $15 dine-in voucher from Kapitan + a Barilla goodie bag (pasta, sauce, pesto, and Muliano Bianco biscuit)
Third prize: $100 retail vouchers from Forum The Shopping Mall + peach milk mousse dessert and $10 dine-in voucher from Kapitan + a Barilla goodie bag (pasta, sauce, pesto, and Muliano Bianco biscuit)
Don’t be so fast to change out of their outfits, as we have an instant photobooth from Kachow Instabooth where you and the fam can snap some memories from the event.

We love sampling dishes from different cuisines – and you’ll get to do so at Wonders of the World too. Head over to our food stalls to try Eastern European dishes like beef stroganoff and uzbek plov (aromatic rice with lamb), desserts like homemade medovik and blini (crepes) with dips, and the popular Russian summer drink kompot from Kapitan. Thirsty? Brewprint Coffee is there with matcha lattes for parents and non-caffeinated drinks for kiddos.

But that’s not all – come early for a complimentary 30-minute kid and parent yoga class with the pros from Spirit Stretch (12-12.30pm on both days), as well as an all-day piano exploration with Aureus Academy. Don’t forget to stay for Julia Gabriel Centre’s popular immersive storytelling session, a retelling of an South African folktale, on 8 November, 3-4pm as well. Last but not least, watch out for our roving magician Captain Dazzle, and our balloon sculptor for free balloons. Captain Dazzle is also there to enchant you with little tricks and magic stage show at 4-5pm.
Join us on a trip around the world for free at HoneyKids Presents: Wonders of the World. We can’t wait to see you!
