Through creative tasks, storytelling, games and specific yoga poses & mindfulness exercises, the physical, emotional and mental sphere of a child’s well-being are developed. This workshop aims to teach life skills that will benefit a child in the outside of the classroom by improving their concentration, enabling a positive mental attitude and confident self-expression. Positive well-being habits provide children with the emotional resilience to be successful in life.
Workshop is suitable for ages 4-6 and 7-9.
