Faz Gaffa is what happens when a journalist and a brand strategist occupy the same body for twenty years and refuse to pick a lane. Therapy has not resolved this.

With two decades split between journalism and full-funnel marketing, she has the rare and genuinely useful ability to tell a story and make it work hard. She has built campaigns, content systems, and brand narratives for the likes of OPI, Sephora, and heaps of SMEs — from the first spark of an idea through to execution — which means she understands not just what looks good, but what actually moves people. These are not always the same thing and she knows the difference.

Off the clock — a concept she applies loosely — Faz is a mum to the best human bean in existence, wife to a creative man, and a devoted caregiver to her elderly mother. A combination that has made her exceptionally good at being present, switching off completely, and doing approximately seventeen things with the emotional bandwidth most people reserve for three.

She is also retina-deep in her millennial mid-life crisis, which currently manifests as strength training, Pilates, and the occasional injectable to the face. She has strong opinions about a lot of things and the receipts to back them up.

She is based in Singapore and would not have it any other way, even on the days she absolutely would.
