The restaurant has just launched a new bi-monthly menu set with five mini sliders and a refreshing milkshake and it’s only available until the end of April.
When I think of 25 Degrees, the first thing that comes to mind is its smash burgers and milkshakes. However, what really caught my attention is its bi-monthly promotion set.
Every two months, the restaurant introduces new burger creations and milkshakes. During my visit, I tried the latest line-up which is available until 30 April.
The set includes Smash the Guilt (B450), a set of five mini cheeseburger sliders and the Shake It Tropical milkshake (B280). It’s a little different from the usual full-sized burger, with smaller portions that are easier to share. And the milkshake works really well in Bangkok’s heat.
Even though it was my first time there, I had heard about the place many times. Located at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G in Silom, it might look like a sports bar at first, but once inside, it feels much more relaxed. The retro American-style diner setting and comfortable atmosphere made it easy for me to stay longer than planned.
Trying the new menu, I ended up staying longer than expected and it made me want to come back again before the promotion ends.

25 Degrees review: the new bi-monthly burger and milkshake promotion

I went in expecting a full-sized burger with fries, but the new bi-monthly promotion menu takes a slightly different approach. It features “Smash the Guilt”, a set of five mini cheeseburger sliders designed for sharing.
Each slider is small but well put together, with juicy beef, melted cheese, fresh toppings and soft toasted buns. The beef has a nice sear and what stood out to me was how juicy it was. Even though the portions are smaller, the flavour still feels satisfying.
The portion size also works well if you want to try other items on the menu without feeling too full.
For drinks, the Shake It Tropical is made with Greek yogurt, mango and passion fruit, giving it a creamy texture without being too heavy. The taste is lightly sweet with a slight tang from the passion fruit, which makes it feel refreshing and easy to drink. As someone who loves passion fruit, I honestly couldn’t put the glass down.
Overall, the menu feels lighter compared to a typical burger set, but still delivers good flavour.

On the menu: smash burgers & shakes

Since the new menu is a bit lighter, I actually had more room to try a few more things, which worked out very well for me.
Their signature burgers come in five options, including Number One with caramelised onion, gorgonzola and bacon, Number Two with roasted tomato, burrata, crispy prosciutto and pesto, and Number Three with green chili, chipotle and avocado.
If you are like me who can’t decide, just go for the Signature Slider. It gives you Numbers One, Two and Three in mini versions, so you don’t have to choose. It’s quite similar to the “Smash the Guilt” idea, just with different flavour combinations.
Out of the three, Number Two was my favourite. It has a bit of an Italian vibe, creamy burrata, slightly salty prosciutto and that herby pesto coming through. It just works.

If you want a slightly healthier version of a burger, I recommend the Double Naked Burger. It swaps the buns for iceberg lettuce, which makes the whole thing feel much lighter. You still get all the juicy, flavourful beef, but without that heavy, overly full feeling after.
Even though the place feels more like a sports bar, they also have a kids’ menu. It comes with fries, a hot dog, and a mini vanilla milkshake, all served on a cute pink tray. It’s simple, fun and I can see kids will love it.

Of course, I couldn’t skip the milkshakes. I tried the chocolate and strawberry, both thick, creamy, topped with whipped cream and a cherry, very classic and satisfying. But if I had to pick, I’d still go for the Shake It Tropical. It’s lighter, a bit tangy and super refreshing, especially in Bangkok’s heat.
Is 25 Degrees’ bi-monthly burger and milkshake set worth it?
If you want something a bit more exciting than your usual burger, I’d say it’s definitely worth a visit. The new menu is great for sharing, especially if you’re coming with friends or family.
What I enjoyed most was the Shake It Tropical milkshake. It’s different from the usual sweet and heavy milkshakes, with a slightly tangy flavour that makes it feel more refreshing, almost like drinking a juice rather than a traditional milkshake.
It’s a bit of a shame that it’s only available until the end of April, so it’s worth stopping by soon if you want to try this limited-time menu.
