One World International School (OWIS) is all about One World, One Community – that’s why they’ve managed to score a Silver for the Diversity and Inclusive Community Award. Their campuses are top notch too, especially their new Digital Campus in Punggol that earned them the Gold for Best New Campus. Read on for more details on how OWIS snagged these awards.

Welcome to the future! OWIS Digital Campus stands at the forefront of modern, future-focused education and is fully equipped with the latest technology. Facial recognition systems for secure student entry and smart boards in every classroom – OWIS is committed to ensuring your child gets the best!
The Digital Campus also houses 20 skill studios that allow students to develop various skills, from arts and crafts to STEAM, and help them grow with practice. The campus offers spaces for sports, dance, art, and music, nurturing well-rounded development. They even have Primary and Secondary libraries, a playground and a garden – well deserving of the Gold for the Best New Campus category!
How does OWIS celebrate diversity and provide an inclusive environment?
Kindness, collaboration, and international-mindedness are just some of the values that OWIS aims to instill in its students. With nearly 70 nationalities represented across both OWIS Nanyang and OWIS Digital Campus, the multicultural environment allows students to learn from one another and foster a global perspective from a young age. Their international teaching staff also brings varied teaching experiences that enrich the students with a broader understanding of different cultures and perspectives.
They even celebrate International Day and One With the World Day where students, staff, and parents share their unique cultures through performances, traditional attire, and cuisine. The school’s Kindness Week also encourages the kiddos to appreciate and celebrate differences to create a culture of warmth and acceptance. Having smaller classes makes it a lot easier to cultivate a comforting culture for the students too!
Way to go, One World International School!
