Let Kinki’s chefs work their magic for you with an explosion of flavours delivered right to your doorsteps. Choose from a takeaway and delivery range that includes appetisers to start, set meals, bowls of fun, creative maki rolls, Kinki x CIN CIN bottled cocktails, and a selection of umeshu and sake by the bottle.
On the takeaway and delivery menu are new bedfellows like the Corn Duo ($16). Get your fix of this a-maizing appetiser where baby corn is mixed with corn puree and tossed with furikake bits, and on the side, sriracha mayo sauce for a mild spicy kick. The Cowabunga ($36) is one for aficionados of beef. Think Japanese rice rolled with cream cheese, cucumber, homemade spicy mayo, and melt-in-the mouth seared A4 Wagyu beef slices. When more is more, the bite-sized maki also has tobiko, potato floss and a soy reduction. For an extra decadent affair, treat yourself to the High Roller Wagyu Don ($98), featuring charcoal grilled Ohmi A4 Wagyu striploin, premium Niigata Koshihikari rice, black truffles, uni, and onsen egg.
Enjoy perennial favourites in set meals like the Unagi Claypot ($35). With an addictive charred flavour, this must-have is full-on umami with a touch of sweetness as fried rice with chopped Japanese eel is finished in a claypot. For good measure, the rice is topped with more unagi doused in a homemade unagi sauce.
All set meals (and bowls of fun) come with a side of miso soup, side salad and mochi. Selected items also include steam rice.
Gin-lovers, rejoice! Available for takeaway and delivery are Kinki x CIN CIN 370ml cocktail bottles. Feast on unique cocktails made using foundational techniques but woven with Asian influences in surprising and unexpected ways. Made with butterfly pea-infused Kyro gin, cucumber syrup, fresh lime juice and grapefruit and rosemary tonic, the Aurora Polaris ($48) is picture-perfect for that Instagram shot. The Earlgroni ($38) is a twist to the classic Negroni; mixed with earl grey tea infused Bulldog gin, Campari, and Cocchi Rosa.
