This Easter, Altro Zafferano celebrates the joyous occasion with a lavish spread. Exclusively on 8 April 2023 afternoon, indulge in a gastronomic brunch ($138++ per diner), complemented with an unlimited pour of beverage choices such as house wines and champagne. The impeccable repertoire is specially curated by executive chef Andrea De Paola and his team, showcasing generous sharing portions of appetisers and pasta, choice of main course and sharing desserts, fit for intimate dining for two and convivial parties.
The merriment commences on a splendid note with an array of enticing appetisers – such as white asparagus with tarragon bearnaise and guanciale, slow-cooked pork loin with salsa verde, anchovies and red radish, and Alaska king crab with fennel and passion fruit.
The feast follows with two heart-warming pastas – risotto with globe artichoke and Roman mint, and fusilloni with luscious Canada lobster and Chitose tomatoes. The main course presents a choice of lamb saddle roulade and Halibut. Drawn on the traditions of Easter, the succulent lamb saddle roulade is accompanied by a medley of sides such as burnt kalettes, palermo peppers and pickled mustard. The exquisite Halibut is served with stuffed zucchini flower, Mugnaia and trout roe.
Conclude the gastronomic festivity with an array of alluring Easter desserts such as Chocolate Mousse and Blackberry, Yogurt with Honey and Exotic Fruits, Rosemary and Spring Berries Parfait, and Colomba Pasquale.
Priced at $138++ per person, the Easter Brunch is available at Altro Zafferano from 12 pm – 3 pm, Saturday 8 April 2023. Supplement the brunch with an unlimited pour of sparkling, white and red wines at $30++ per person; and Champagne and premium wines at $50++ per person from 12 pm to 2 pm.
