The word on the street is that the Health Promotion Board’s uber-cool Healthy Lifestyle Festival SG is back and filled with lots of fun activities for the whole family this October and November. Plus, it can help kick-start your new family workout routine. Worried that your family won’t jump on the fitness train? Here’s a few things that could convince them:

Whether it’s mastering riding a scooter, watching a football game on TV or catching up on emails from work, so it’s easy to get distracted from quality family time. When you exercise as a family, you end up motivating each other, progressing together and spending actual, face-to-face time together. And that on its own is definitely worth the sweat!

Many kids (and parents) are used to watching TV or playing video games in their downtime.
