This June holidays, learn about good nutrition and mental wellness tips for both mum and child (2 to 6 years old only) through an afternoon of educational and fun-filled activities. Ms Chua Kay Tse, Blackmores’ in-house Naturopath, will be sharing the importance of keeping a balanced diet and Ms Helen Clare Rozario, mindfulness coach and new-mum, will go through mindful tools and activities to help participants understand and cope better with the stressors of parenting life. You’re sure to leave this event feeling good both on the inside, as well as on the outside!
