Here’s your child’s chance to become an archaeologist for the morning!
Join Canadian International School’s (CIS) unique Experiential Learning “Open House”, where you and your child can try your hand at archaeology. You’ll sweep, dig, and look for artefacts using a variety of archaeological tools in CIS’ Outdoor Discovery Centre, while learning more about experiential learning in the process. This hands-on and fun experience demonstrates how CIS students learn to apply new knowledge to everyday experiences.
Families will also get to meet CIS’ Experiential Learning Coordinator, Christa Craats, who’ll share how programmes are carefully designed and integrated into the curriculum to ensure students develop the skills to help them thrive in today’s world.
So grab your sun hat and come ready to investigate! Sign up today to try the experiential learning approach for yourself, see learning in action, and speak to CIS’ experts any questions you have.
