An ideal choice for yakiniku, Miyazakigyu from Miyazaki prefecture is famed for its snowflake-like marbling and remarkable depth of flavour. The premium rump cut, also known as ichibo, yields an impeccable balance of lean and marbled meat. The tender wagyu is sliced and steeped in Hibiki whisky – a blended whisky coveted for its deep floral and fruity nuances. The 24-hour infusion accentuates the natural sweet flavour profile of the wagyu, enlivened with ambrosial subtleties from the whisky.
Enjoy this unique gastronomic experience at the comfort of home – The Gyu Bar can prepare the meat yakiniku-style before takeaway or customers may opt to add the finishing touch of grilling the meat at home.
