About BCARE Stride For Good 2026 – Celebrating 30 Years of Impact
Established in 1996, Bethesda CARE Centre (BCARE) is a non-profit social service agency dedicated to empower underprivileged and vulnerable groups in the community. Operating across five community-based centres in the north-east region, we support:
– Low-income families
– Isolated or frail seniors
– Persons with mental health conditions
As we celebrate 30 years of service this year, we would like to invite you to be part of Stride For Good 2026 — our largest fundraising event yet. This is our fourth edition of Stride For Good as well as a special 30th anniversary edition.
Your participation supports:
– Milk powder and diapers assistance for low-income families
– Educational and character building programmes for children and youths
– Active ageing programmes
– Psychiatric day rehabilitation programme
We aim to raise $500,000 to continue to meet essential needs and improve the quality of life of those under our care. Funds raised will also go towards supporting more clients in our psychiatric day rehabilitation programme as well as the expansion of our Active Ageing Centre.
Whether you are a family looking for a meaningful weekend activity, someone who wants to give back, or an avid runner, every stride helps transform lives. Every registration and donation helps improve the lives of those we serve. Together, we can create an even greater impact for our community in the years ahead.
