From now until 30 June, diners can enjoy a 50% discount every Tuesday on the succulent Tomahawk Steak (market price/minimum 1.2kg) at Bedrock Origin located at Oasia Resort at Sentosa Island. The Tomahawk Steak is expertly prepared and dry aged in beef oil for 14 days. It is then seasoned with salt and pepper before gracing Bedrock’s signature applewood-fired grill. As the first restaurant to showcase large-format meats, the dry-aged Tomahawk Steak is not to be missed, making it a great dish to share with your loved ones and friends. The dry-aged Tomahawk Steak also comes with four sauces: red wine sauce, Bedrock chilli oil, classic béarnaise, and wholegrain whisky mustard.
