This June marks the tenth season of The Open Centre’s Mindfulness and Resilience Camp!
The ‘secret’ recipe of this popular five-day camp is the pairing of mindfulness, creativity, nature, physical and experiential activities with heaps of fun!
Some of the mindfully chosen fun activities your kids can enjoy are: horse grooming/riding, pet therapy, creative arts, Brazilian Capoeira, yoga, and field trips to an eco farm.
