After the break of dusk, an intimate dinner awaits in the dining room of Sol & Ora. Curated for sharing, savour a fresh, produce-driven menu showcasing the best of each cuisine from the Latin-Mediterranean countries of France, Italy, Spain, and Greece, through timeless recipes, reinvented with a twist and finesse.
Start with the Petite Mezza Platter, an enticing appetiser board with highlights such as freshly shucked oysters from Parcs Saint Kerber; followed by the main Sharing Platter featuring a sumptuous spread from the land and sea like the wood-fired Wagyu bavette and smokey roasted octopus; then, indulge in a heart-shaped White Chocolate & Rose Mousse as the perfect finale to an unforgettable evening.
On 10, 11, 12 & 14 February 2023, the Valentine’s Day 3-Course Dinner Sharing Menu is available for dine-in reservations made from 6 pm. A two-day advanced reservation is required with a deposit of $50 per person. A la carte menu will also be served on 10, 11 & 12 February.
