This National Day, 1-Arden levels up the celebrations with dazzling views of the fireworks from the 17th and 51st floors of the CapitaSpring skyscraper. Kickstart the festivities with a 4-hands Dinner, specially curated by Chef John-Paul Fiechtner of Kaarla Restaurant and Bar as well as Chef Lamley Chua of Oumi. The after-party continues at Kaarla Lounge and Sol & Luna with the Let’s Go Local line-up, consisting of local-inspired libations made with well-loved flavours of Singapore such as Milo, gula melaka, coconut, and pandan, as the stars of the cocktails.

Anticipate a delectable 5-course Dinner at $198++ per person on 30 July 2022, and $248++ per person on 9 August 2022.
Kissed by fire with its custom-built grill and oven, Chef John will serve up creations focusing on the best of Australia’s seasonal bounty from land, river, and sea, cooked from farm-to-table. Chef Lamley will follow with Kappo dishes prepared with different carefully selected cooking techniques that allow fresh, natural flavours to shine, whilst utilising a ‘nose-to-tail’ culinary approach. The final collaborative course epitomises the symbiotic bond between both restaurants, fuelled by the sharing of experience, knowledge, and purveyor connections between both restaurants.

For revellers looking to dine alfresco**, sip on refreshing beverages and nibble on bar snacks at 1-Arden Rooftop Terrace located within the lush 1-Arden Food Forest.
Also available on 30 July and 9 August 2022, savour moreish bites from Kaarla like the Australian Market Oysters ($8++) and wood-fired “Damper” ($8++), and imbibe garden-to-glass cocktails ($20++) featuring ingredients from 1-Arden’s very own Food Forest. Clink your glasses with the tiki-inspired Coastal Isles highlighting a house-made ginger beer, or the Cold Brew Elixir with spiced rum and cold brew coffee liqueur.

Available for the month of August (including 9 August) and specially concocted for the occasion, Kaarla Lounge and Sol & Luna have crafted five local-themed cocktails (from $15++).
Kaarla pays tribute to the little red dot with three cocktails – the Malty Madness, a cheeky spiked rendition of the local beverage Milo; Ondeh Ondeh Obsession; and quintessential Singapore Sling. Indulge in rum-forward cocktails at Sol & Luna with the Spiced Singapura infused with local spices of red chili, cinnamon, ginger; or slurp on the dessert-like Wicked Chendol that includes green-hued rice jelly distinct to the local dessert, Chendol.
