Singapore International Festival of Arts launches The O.P.E.N event, which offers a beautiful programme designed to compel a little soul-searching.
To set things off, the pre-SIFA festival puts the spotlight on the legacies of South Africa, the enduring scars of the Khmer Rouge and the issues of human rights and equality. With exhibits from award-winning South African photographer Zanele Muholi and a concert by local band The Sam Willows, we reckon this would be a fine and meaningful occasion to mull over life.
