The Pelican also has set dining options exclusively created for New Year’s Eve. Ideal for couples and families, diners can look forward to the four-course or five-course set dinners. The dining experience starts off with the Bay Scallops (truffled cauliflower, brown butter bacon and sage) and Prawn & Fennel Bisque (toasted brioche crumbs and fennel pesto). Then, choose either the Oven-Baked Barramundi (old fashion crab cakes, pickled vegetables, dill bearnaise) or the Woodfire Grilled Tenderloin, with foie gras, sauté potatoes & spinach for your main meal. Psst, if you choose the five-course meal, you’ll get both dishes!
After that, round up the celebratory evening with chocolate fudge cake – a rich and satisfying treat comprising of sour cream, toasted hazelnuts, caramelised strawberries. Mmm!
