Join Ana Lusiana as she guides the young ones through foundational Yoga movements, mixed with fun games that will capture your child’s imagination and develop their focus. The classes focus on helping the kids become more toned and supple, encouraging full range of motion of their muscles and joints. With regular attendance kids will improve their flexibility, strength, posture and co-ordination. Plus they will also develop greater body awareness , breathing and concentration through the meditative exercises. Its an ideal compliment with parkour, bringing balance to the more active parkour family classes.
