It will soon be time to say goodbye to Le Le, the beloved Giant Panda at River Wonders! Just as we’ve celebrated his two-rrific birthday, Le Le is set to return to China to fulfil the important mission of contributing to the conservation of the Giant Panda species. From 6 – 31 October 2023, there will be lots of Le Le-themed activities including pictures showing his growth so far and meet-and-greet sessions with the Le Le mascot.
Le Le’s last day at River Wonders will be on 20 November 2023, before he will be moved to a quarantine facility and subsequently leave for China in December. We’re so sad to see him go, but there’s still time to pay him one last visit at River Wonders.
Not to worry, Giant Panda parents Kai Kai and Jia Jia will still be in Singapore at River Wonders! They’ll be well taken care of, with a plan in place for their future breeding cycles.
