Fat Cow celebrates the joyous season of spring with a Haru Matsuri menu special. Featuring seasonal produce thoughtfully prepared, Fat Cow presents three new dishes available for a limited time only, as a-la-carte orders, or as part of a larger spring-themed omakase menu that seamlessly interweaves some of Fat Cow’s indulgent classics with springtime pleasures. Think items such as the firefly squid or hotaruika – with a flavour that can be described as “tiny but mighty” now that it’s in season; and the hamaguri or hard shell clams – plump and both sweet and savoury at the same time.
Just as exciting are three new Roku Gin cocktails created especially for this menu in partnership with Beam Suntory! Inspired partially by the idea of winter melting away snow and the land bursting into bloom is the bright refreshing Sakura Sour, featuring the iconic blossom of Japanese spring. The spirit-forward Roku Umetini pays tribute to a second, less well-known spring blossom – the plum, while the Roku Mohiso offers a clean Japanese twist on the passionate Brazilian mojito.
The Haru Matsuri menu at Fat Cow will be available until 30 June 2021.
