Antenatal Workshop – February 2026

Facilitated by Inspire’s birth and postpartum doula, this monthly antenatal classes provide a full hands-on experience for soon-to-be parents. Covering both prenatal and postnatal topics such as birth options, breathing exercises, birth preparation movements, postnatal care, breastfeeding, and babycare, you can opt to join individual antenatal modules, or attend all four as a course package.

1 Feb – 9.30am to 12pm – Module 1: Labour & birth
1 Feb – 1pm to 3.30pm – Module 2: Birthing movement workshop
8 Feb – 9.30am to 12pm – Module 3: Postpartum care & breastfeeding
8 Feb – 1pm to 3.30pm – Module 4: Baby care & bottle feeding

Fees:
$270/Module/couple
$880/couple (All four modules)

*A minimum of two couples signed up is required before starting the class, we will send out a confirmation two weeks before the workshop begins.
