The exquisite Mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall ($78++) boasts an eight-hour double-boiling process of a harmonious combination of treasured ingredients.
The Crispy Whole Quail ($38++) is savoured in the traditional style. The quail is fried till golden crisp, served with a condiment of salt, pepper, and five spice powder.
Pan-fried Venison Steak with Chef’s Special Sauce showcases New Zealand venison, marinated in a housemade sauce. The flavoursome dish pays homage to the late 1970s Western classics enjoyed in Hong Kong, especially during the autumn season when game such as quail and venison are more commonly served to guests.
Thoughtfully curated to foster conviviality, Yan’s set menu features autumn favourites that embody the essence of Cantonese cuisine such as a refreshing chilled live prawn with avocado and salad sauce and stewed Ipoh Hor Fun topped with hairy crab meat, roe, and vegetables.
