Dulwich College (Singapore) has swept the carpet out from under our feet with three major wins at the 2025 Singapore Education Awards 2025. What a feat!
When it comes to redefining excellence in education, Dulwich College (Singapore) continues to set the bar. The College has clinched three prestigious accolades significant awards at the Singapore Education Awards 2025: Gold for Singapore Preschool of the Year, Silver for Best Bilingual Programme (International School), and Silver for Singapore International School of the Year!
It came out tops for Singapore Preschool of the Year
As parents, we’re all about giving our little bubs the right start in life. A start at Dulwich College Kindergarten School (DUCKS) is anything but ordinary. DUCKS champions a holistic approach to learning, focusing on wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, social justice, intercultural understanding, and environmental sustainability.
Its immersive dual language programme helps children become adaptable and confident communicators, promotes adaptability, all while developing key life skills like collaboration and problem solving. Beyond the classroom, the fun continues with swimming, cooking, and a wide line-up of co-curriculars designed to spark curiosity.

More impressively, DUCKS believes children are never too young to assume leadership roles. Through opportunities like Mandarin Monitors, House Captains, and Student Council positions, little learners are able to step up and shine. Even leadership gets a fun twist thanks to the ‘Exciting Learning Bugs’ system, which makes big ideas relatable for the smallest students.
And the setting? Simply incredible. Think: dedicated music and cookery rooms, dance and design studios, technology and art rooms, and more. The school even has a butterfly garden, playgrounds, and Singapore’s first Forest School for outdoor learning. Psst, the College is the first Private Education Institution in Singapore to be accredited by the UK’s Forest School Learning Initiative. Even better, all these activities are seamlessly incorporated into the daily curriculum, making each day full of fun! With all this on offer, it’s no wonder DUCKS wow-ed the judges and snagged 2025’s Singapore Preschool of the Year.
The college has an outstanding dual language programme

Our judges were also impressed with Dulwich’s leading dual language programme, where Mandarin is a living language infused into everyday experience. From toddlers to Year 2, each class is co-taught by two native-speaking teachers (English and Mandarin), ensuring immersive exposure throughout the day. Lessons are personalised to each child’s language level, helping them develop at their own pace. Progress is celebrated through a Language Acquisition Record, which celebrates every achievement — no matter big or small.
But it doesn’t just stop at Year 2. Students continue to build on their Mandarin studies through Junior and Senior School, with many going on to receive the prestigious IB Bilingual Diploma in Mandarin. The programme is lauded for its academic strength, personalised design, and cultural significance. This goes hand in hand with the College’s commitment to valuing languages as bridges between cultures, as well as keys to lifelong learning. We especially love how this not only helps students preserve an essential part of their identity, but also gives them a unique global perspective.
Students get to showcase their proficiency during the annual Mandarin showcase as well, which sees every Year 2 student doing public speaking in Mandarin to an audience of over 700 people!
To top it off, Dulwich is the Silver winner for Singapore International School of the Year.

With just 12 years in Singapore, Dulwich College (Singapore) has quickly risen through the ranks to claim its place among the top international schools in Singapore. It’s also consistently ranked in the top 50 IB schools globally! Dulwich is setting standards for excellence, while staying rooted in the legacy of its 400-year-old founding school in London.
On the academic front, Dulwich has produced superb results: the Class of 2025 achieved an average of 37 IB points, with a 100% pass rate, three perfect 45s, and 25 bilingual diplomas. Its IB Career-related Programme, which will be discontinued this year, also achieved a full 100% pass rate. But, Dulwich isn’t just about grades. It shapes well-rounded, future-ready students who graduate with the real-world skills and mindset to make a positive impact on the world. From sustainability to social justice, students are empowered to lead and create change.
