This weekend IKEA is hosting a first-of-its-kind interactive storytelling event with local authors, for charity. Bring your kids along to this fun Christmas session and try some improv!
Acclaimed local children’s book authors Adeline Foo (The Diary of Amos Lee) and Melanie Lee (Imaginary Friends) will be leading the engaging storytelling session. These authors will spin exciting stories, filled with ‘live’ improv, where kids can chime in and contribute!
Little storytellers can then create their own stories using unique household items such as soft toys and furnishings like towels and toilet roll holders. Time to get creative.
In the spirit of Christmas, take the time to make a small purchase of a soft toy to donate to local charity, Food From The Heart, who will share gifts with local underprivileged kids.
