YÀN Appetiser Platter – Whet the appetite with a trio of bites like the roast pork belly, roast duck, and steamed scallops dumplings;
Double-boiled ginseng soup with chicken and Yunnan ham – The heart-warming soup brims with flavours, double-boiled for four hours to extract the essences from chicken, pork bone, lean pork, ginseng, and Yunnan ham;
Stewed star grouper fillet with yellow bean paste and carrot features pan-fried fillets of luscious star grouper, served alongside slices of carrot, simmered in an umami-rich stock infused with the savouriness of yellow bean paste.
Perfect for fathers who love variety, a sumptuous eight-course celebratory menu showcases a lavish repertoire of Cantonese classics such as roasted Peking duck served with Chinese pancake, cucumber and spring onion, pumpkin broth with assorted dried seafood, and bringing the meal to a convivial end in both dine-in set menus is the chilled Mao Shan Wang durian cream. This indulgent dessert featuring the renowned “king of fruits” will surely delight the king of the family.
