Bedrock Origin celebrates the beginning of the year with the first edition of the 2024 Great Beef and Reef Series, a gastronomic showcase highlighting treasures of land and sea from around the world. Available from 11 January to 31 March 2024 (Sundays to Thursdays), this specially crafted 6-Course Dinner Tasting Menu ($158++/pax) features the freshest produce from the natural and pristine landscapes of Ireland.
Rooted in Bedrock’s philosophy of keeping things classic, look forward to delectable creations expertly prepared with primal cooking techniques that elegantly capture the heartiness of Irish fare.
Highlights include the Poached Blue Lobster featuring “blue” lobsters sourced from Kilmore Quay, served with a creamy fish velouté, fresh salmon roe, and sweet corn that enhances the exquisite flavours of the sea. Other highlights include the Slow Cooked Lamb Stew, a reimagined Irish classic that showcases natural Irish lamb from Slaney Valley, alongside a silky green pea mash, earthy oyster mushrooms, and barley, and the Applewood Grilled Whiskey Aged Tenderloin showcasing grass-fed Irish Angus beef, accompanied by oven-baked zucchini topped with garlic parmesan and cherry tomatoes.
Unwind on the launch day with a complimentary 6-wine pairing featuring a series of French wines that embody the true elegance of Bordeaux, with any order of the 6-Course Dinner Tasting Menu. For the remaining promotional period, diners can top up $88++ for the wine pairing.
