This Valentine’s Day, The Gyu Bar celebrates love with thoughtfully curated specials. From 3 to 18 February 2024, the Valentine’s Day 9-in-1 Bento is available for takeaway ($68+ for one pax, $128+ for two pax) or dine-in ($88++ per pax). The dine-in experience is supplemented by a glass of Hitotoki Sparkling Rose Sake, a starter, soup, and dessert.
An indulgent 8-course Valentine’s Day Omakase Menu ($188++ per person) is also available to mark the occasion with your special someone. This spread of quality meats and seasonal delicacies presents an enchanting experience to enjoy for dine-in only from 3 to 18 February 2024.
Highlights of the feast include:
A Valentine’s Special features a pan-seared scallop shaped sweetly as a heart, with Kumamoto seaweed, uni, scallop tartare, and Oscietra caviar.
Yakiniku, starring A5 Kagoshima Wagyu and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu are cooked to tender perfection on smokeless Shinpo grills, paired with a Truffle Egg Dip.
Accompanied by organic Hokkaido rice, the Hokkaido Wagyu Spicy Pumpkin Nabe is a
soothing broth that combines three types of fish, chicken, Wagyu and local green chillies,
boiled for three hours to flavoursome finish. Mashed Japanese pumpkin, cabbage, enoki
mushrooms, Hokkaido milk corn, tofu, konnyaku noodles, and Wagyu slices complete the
ensemble.
The Gyu Bar’s Valentine’s Day offerings are available for lunch (12pm to 3pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm) from 3 to 18 February 2024.
