Drawing on his favourite yuletide flavours and led by his philosophy of Zero Food Waste Dining, the festive menus showcase Chef Drew Nocente’s Minimal Waste Cooking culinary approach.

8-course tasting menu ($208++ per diner) on Christmas Eve and Day
Available for dinner on 24 and 25 Dec, the Christmas Tasting Dinner menu features a medley of snacks and refreshing starters such as Uni and Kingfish. The dinner progresses with the indulgent King Crab and Caviar served with collagen chips made from turbot trimmings. The main courses include Australian Marron served with shellfish and buttermilk emulsion, and Dry Aged Wagyu with delicate layers of truffle and potato millefeuille.
7-course lunch ($148++ per diner) on Christmas Day
Commence Christmas celebration with an assortment of delectable snacks and refreshing starters. Look forward to the restaurant’s signature house-cured Honey Baked Ham, followed by main courses – Turbot with shellfish emulsion and Dry Aged Wagyu with truffle and potato millefeuille. Receive a duo of Gingerbread and Egg Nog to continue the festivities at home
New Year’s Eve Dinner ($208++ per diner)
End the year on an epicurean high with Salted & Hung 8-course dinner tasting menu. The starters showcase a collection of seafood delicacies like King Crab and Caviar and Scallop and Ceps.
