You’re invited to our first ever HoneyKids Play Dates event! Expect a morning of fun for little ones, while you relax and meet fellow parents who are also new to Singapore (or even new to parenthood).
Our HoneyKids Play Dates series is designed for families who are new to Singapore, with this edition specially for families with children aged up to four years old. And yes, babies in arms are more than welcome to attend!
Since it’s October, we’re organising a Halloween-themed Play Dates session, with activities facilitated by the AIS Early Years team. Little ones can look forward to some spook-a-licious sensory play and a bit of messy science (rest assured it’s age appropriate). This gives you a glimpse of the school’s Reggio-inspired, play-based approach that gets children curious and learning.
And while the kids play, you get to mingle and chat with fellow parents, while enjoying some coffee, tea, and light bites by The Plattering Co.
Doors open for registration at 9.30am and facilitated activities will start at 9.55am. This lasts for an hour, but you and your kiddos are free to stay, play, and mingle till 12 noon. Better Play is a calm play space perfect for bubs aged four months to four years old.
Notes:
- Socks are required for both adults and children to enter Better Play.
- Refreshments (including fresh fruits) are provided, and you can bring your own snacks too. However, food consumption can only be at Better Play’s reception area for hygiene purposes.
- Accidents (eg. diaper leaks) happen, and we totally get it. We request you clean up after your child should this happen; let’s help our friends at Better Play keep their space clean for all families. Similarly, any damages to the toys and/or facilities at Better Play will also be the responsibility of the child’s accompanying parent and/or guardian.
Event photography and filming notice: By attending HoneyKids Play Dates, you understand that photography and videography may be conducted during the event, and consent to HoneyKids Asia and Australian International School taking photographs and videos of you and your child and using the same for the purposes of event reporting, marketing, publicity, and social media.
