For many men, the weight of responsibility can feel constant. The pressure to provide, to lead, to be present, to care for others, while quietly managing our own stress, frustrations and struggles.
Organised by Al-Falah Mosque, and supported by MSF, this session explores the pressures married men face in balancing their roles as husbands, fathers, sons and providers. Participants will reflect on managing stress, recognising personal struggles, maintaining healthy relationships, and seeking support when needed. Grounded in Islamic values of amanah, compassion and mercy, the session aims to strengthen men’s ability to navigate challenges constructively and foster safe, respectful and violence-free homes.
There will be a facilitated group discussion at the end of the programme, providing participants with a safe and respectful space to share, reflect and learn from one another.
Ticketing is free, and food will be provided.
