Tablescape presents the Bountiful Luck Set Menu at $88++/pax (minimum 2 pax) and the Abundant Prosperity Set Menu at $108++/pax (minimum 4 pax), available from 16 January to 24 February 2024. Diners can look forward to items such as the Yu Sheng (featured in the $108++ menu) symbolising wealth, peace, and good fortune, featuring smoked salmon, abalone, and crispy fish skin combined with winter melon, pomelo, ginger, carrots, and bokchui crackers. Adorned with avruga caviar and gold leaves, it presents an exquisite blend of East-meets-West opulence. Diners can also look forward to the Soya Braised Chicken with Ginger and Scallion, braised in a flavourful stock featuring scallions, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce and dried red chilli, and Wok Fried Yee Fu Noodles with Seafood, made with “longevity noodles” blanched in a housemade chicken stock, then stir-fried with pork lard, yellow chives, prawns, and baby abalone.
Tablescape Lunar New Year Takeaway specials (starting from $22nett) introduces brand-new dishes inspired by traditional festive favourites. Perfect for potluck gatherings and delightful as gifts, these thoughtfully curated items promise to elevate the celebrations at home.
Highlights include the Glutinous Chicken in Lotus Leaf ($88nett/4-6pax), featuring a deboned whole chicken wrapped in lotus leaf, marinated with blended angelica and liquorice roots and stuffed with dried scallops, lap cheong, chestnuts, dried shrimps, and glutinous rice. Other highlights include the Roasted Duck ($108nett/4-6pax), offering herbaceous roasted whole Irish duck marinated with angelica herbs, hoisin, and five-spice powder.
